MUST SEE PLACES

Visit Chopin’s places in Warsaw where he lived between 1810–1830:

Walk in Łazienki Park with an art nouveau Chopin Monument in the midst of a rose garden
From the coach - Chopin’s Museum in Ostrogski Palace - one of the most hi-tech in Europe, opened in the spring of 2010 to mark his 200th anniversary.

Walk through Krakowskie Przedmieście - Holly Cross Church where composer’s heart is enshrined, Church of the Nuns of the Visitation where Fryderyk played the organ, and the Chopin Salon, a part of the flat where the composer spent his last years before leaving Poland. In Krakowskie Przedmieście the multimedia benches have been located. By relaxing on the benches, the tourists may discover the areas of the capital connected with Fryderyk’s younger days. The sound system embedded in the benches will bring the Chopin music closer – all you have to do is to press a button and make the bench play a selected fragment, almost like a jukebox.

After tour Chopin recital in historical building.

CULINARY BREAK
Coffee break at Chopin’s favourite Honoratka Cafe to taste his dessert – chocolate chestnut.
